Squash Beetle Morris, The Nonesuch Players and Angleterre Morris present the 32nd Annual Midwest Morris Ale on Memorial weekend, May 25-28, 2012.

Note that the nearest airport is Louisville, KY (SDF) and airport pick-ups and drop-offs will only be from the Louisville airport on Friday May 25th and Monday May 28th, respectively

Directions to the camp

The camp is located south of Louisville, Kentucky off Highway 1638. Only 45 minutes from Downtown Louisville. And for all you folks (like me) who love Google Maps pay close attention: "Internet mapping sites do not give up-to-date directions to the camp",

From the North (Louisville):

Travel South on I-65

Take exit 125 (I-265 - Gene Snyder Freeway W) toward Ft. Knox

Take exit 1 and turn left onto 31W-60 (Dixie Hwy) toward Ft. Knox

Turn right onto 1638 toward Brandenburg

Turn right onto Otter Creek Park Road

Turn right into Camp Piomingo

From the South (Nashville):

Travel North on I-65 past Elizabethtown, KY

Take exit 102 for Joe Prather Hwy/KY-313 toward Radcliff/Vine Grove

Drive to Dixie Hwy/ KY-31W (approx. 9 miles)

Turn right onto KY-31W.

Drive approx. 11 miles to Muldraugh, KY

Turn left at KY-1638/Old Mill Road

Drive 3 ½ miles on KY-1638 to the entrance to Otter Creek Park Road on right

Turn right into Otter Creek Park

Drive 2 miles on main Park road until you come to YMCA Camp Piomingo sign

Turn right into Camp’s driveway and follow signs

IMPORTANT MINOR INFO

If you are registering people under the age of 18 for the Ale, then you will need to read and/or fill out the following information:

1. Rules for Campers Under the Age of 18
2. Medical Release Form for Campers Under the Age of 18
3. Parent and Guardian Responsibility Form

If you do not have these form filled out, Anne will give you the evil glare and then make you fill out the forms.
