Lodging Options for the 2017 Ale
There are four types of housing available at the camp. All buildings, including the platform tents, have electricity. All of the lodging rooms sleep over 10 people in bunk beds.
There are two main lodges in camp with two sleeping areas that house 20 people each. The cozy, heated sleeping areas are bunkhouse-style with 10 bunk beds in each sleeping area. There are attached restrooms with shower facilities. There are a total of 80 beds available in the lodges.
There are six heated rustic cabins. The cabins are bunkhouse-style with bunk beds, ranging from 10 to 18 beds per cabin. The restroom and shower facilities are just a short walk away. Depending on need, some cabins may be designated for quiet, family or women’s housing.
There are nine tent platforms available. They are bunkhouse-style with bunk beds, ranging from 10 to 16 beds per platform. The restroom and shower facilities are just a short walk away.
If you prefer to bring your own tent, there is plenty of tenting space. As is common in Colorado, we cannot guarantee that all tenting space is flat. Remember - BYOT.
Family housing will be offered at the cabin level. Please indicate on the Registration Form if you are interested in family housing. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
People wanting quiet housing at the cabin level should (i.e., lights out at 10, no midnight songfests in the living room) indicate this on the Registration Form. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Women’s housing will be offered at the cabin level. Please indicate on the Registration Form if you are interested in this option.
The cost for the Ale will be as follows:
|Lodge||Cabin||Women's cabin||Family cabin||Platform tent||Tenting|
People are required to complete registration by Monday May 1. After that date a late fee of $35.00 per registrant will be assessed. You may register on site, but you will be charged the late fee and get an evil glare.
